Strength
training is the primary focus of my services. We accomplish this
through the use of free weights, cable machine exercise, and floor
exercise. Flexibility exercises are incorporated into the workouts
as well.
Sessions
are conducted in my commercial-level home gym where one to two individuals
can be trained at a time. The gym is equipped with state-of-the-art
weights & machines and provides a clean and comfortable exercise
environment.
Training
sessions are 60 minutes in duration, two to three times per week.
I work from 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Thursday & 8 am to 4
pm Friday.
I
can conduct ongoing sessions with you or we can focus upon creating
a workout routine you can do independently. Progress is monitored
regularly, using exercise records to show increased strength, photographs,
and body fat measurements. The focus is upon fitness and establishing
your optimal level of health and well-being.
Nutritional
analysis is available as a separate service utilizing the DietMaster
Pro computer program. I can provide educational information to help
you develop an optimal diet and good nutrition as part of your overall
fitness program.
I
am a distributor for NutraBiotics nutritional fitness supplements.
This system provides you with custom formulated "sports shakes"
based upon your unique needs as well as other superior products
designed to enhance your health and fitness levels.
I
can also work with you to design cross-training activities (e.g.
hiking, swimming, yoga, etc. ) to complement your strength training
program.
